VESA adapter : 75mm (screen) to 100mm (base plate)

I have a very nice VESA mount coming from a Samsung screen in 100mm (rotation on all axes).
And a LG screen in VESA 75mm.

To hold it in place, this is an adapter ; the heigth is 6mm, you have to use 8 M4 screws + washers as shown.

V1 is a minor modification : a squared blank intended to save plastic.
