Slammed cam cage and AXII holder to Gatehunter CTS frame

5mm Slammed version of Dave_c_fpv's Gatehunter CTS cam cage and axii holder.
Added some 3mm holes to be filled with 3mm filament (like in my pic, sainsmart red/green filament), to create a optic fiber effect "lights".
