ENDER 3 / CR-10 BMG Longitudinal DD Mount w/ Pancake stepper + Source

This is remix of napfkuchen's direct extrusion mount meant to couple the common right handed variant of the Bondtech BMG along with a 20mm Nema 17 stepper motor in a longitudinal orientation. The advantage of this mounting orientation is that the relatively heavy stepper motor will now have its weight cantilevered over the x-gantry and have the weight of the extruder/hotend assembly be more evenly distributed front to back. This should make the print head a bit more stable
