[Anet/Prusa i3] Z probe mount + (Fan) mount

This mod consists of 2 parts, Z-probe mount (18mm one!) and optionally a fan mount.

Probe holder is located at the back of extruder motor, thus makes it easier to configure fan location. It is fixed to the motor it self, and you will need 2 slightly (3 mm) longer screws than the one inside the stepper. The bracket is very solid, and due to long vertical sleeve for sensor, probe is very well fixed, and does not move at the tip. There are 2 versions of files, probe_holder_plain just for the z-
