UT61E cover for Li-ion 18500 and protection/charging mini-board

This cover is designed to replace the original one in order to transfer the power of the UT61E multimeter to the Li-ion format 18500 (Queen Battery, Aliexpress, 1600 mAh). This battery is placed in the native compartment and next to it is a protection and charge / discharge board. The charge is carried out once every few months, so I do not see the need to create holes for the micro-USB port. The PSB is just loose nearby on a wires.
