HyperCube 12mm Z-axis endstop

The z-endstop that Tech2C uses in his HyperCube design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1752766) did not really work for me because I use 12mm steel rods for the Z-gantry and aluminum bearing housings instead of the 3d printed ones he uses (see attached pictures). This part fits over the 12mm rod and is slightly offset to one side so that the endstop lever touches the aluminum bearing housing correctly.
