E-nable Osprey hand palm customizations

Here are files for four remixes of the Alderhand e-Nable Osprey Hand palm for people with several different combinations of usable thumb and/or fingers:

- usable thumb only
- usable thumb, ring finger, and pinky finger
- usable ring and pinky fingers

I don’t have a photo of an actual printed palm for the version with 4 prosthetic fingers, but I have photos of the other three.

All the STL files are at a 133% scale.
