Ratmen Gatling Gunner (alternative build)

Added an alternative pose and build for the ratling gunner, so my army has models that look a bit different on the table.

Has added sights on the gun, the model is mirrored, has different head and re-modeled backpack.

Comes in 2 version, one with a support added to the gun, and one without.
I found that adding the support helped when only using build plate supports.
