Longer M3 Screw is required where fan mount goes, I think I used a 12mm, but I don't recall. I'll try to update later.

Two parts, hopefully it is obvious how to assemble.

Use one of the 3 spacers (.5mm, 1mm, 2mm) depending on your setup. I am currently using a 2mm spacer, but your setup might require a smaller spacer.
