**Update: 5 Aug 2020** The original design pictured is junk and didn't make me happy. I redesigned it to make me happy and switched from the M6 collet thread to the BSP thread collet, which most places sell as "M10" although it's definitely not. I've had far better results with this new design, and highly recommend it. The original is still available and says "crappy" in the filename as a reminder of what I think of it. Everything else is okay. I think.
