FT-6 X-Idler Tensioner/Straightener

This is a tensioner/straightener to mount on top of the X-idlers. They tend to bend down and then the belt rides up. These are designed for a small cam and 16mm M5 bolt. You will need two skinny M5 T-nuts to fit in the 2020 extrusion. You will also need two 35mm M5 bolts to go through the idler.

Print with 4 top and bottom layers, 5 perimeters, 0.20 layer height, 30% grid infill, 0.40 nozzle.
