The STL is very small and will need to be scaled up to print.
The included STL is a still from his idle animation, and the GLB contains all animations associated with Switch so you can choose what you'd like to print. You'll need to edit the thickness of the brim of his hat, and use a tool like NetFabb to make the model manifold.
