Extruder bearing assembly for Printrbot Plus v.2

A direct replacement for the extruder assembly. The screws, bearing, and tensioner screw/spring will all transfer over. The only thing extra is the addition of 3 1mm washers I added. One washer located on the tensioner screw and the others located on either side of the bearing.
