12864 LCD Enclosure V1 (with flip lid cover)

This is completely untested but i was asked to add a flip lid.
you will need to glue two M3 nuts into the hinge on the base and then use M3*15 or 20 screws.

This has been printed and the lid has been remixed by Mathias Lindberg.
I'm now happy to say this is complete and will now have the WiP removed
