CNC Plasma floating Z torch mount for machine or handheld torch

Floating Z torch mount for CNC plasma cutter.

This is intended to fit on a linear actuator with M5 holes on a 60x20mm and/or 40x40mm spacing.
I used it to mount a 'CNC Plasma Cutting Torch P80' from eBay - I cut down the tail tube a bit as it got close to the Z motor. See my other designs for the Z motor mount I used.
It's designed for a 35mm diameter machine torch OR a 32.3mm handheld torch.
