Hooded mage with staff (28mm)

I liked the simple look of this model so i fixed some of the issues with it. What I did was:
- Reduced file size
- Gave it a new level base
- Gave it long sleeves instead of bare arms
- Fixed the hands that collided with the staff
- General minor fixes to smooth the model out
