Ender 5 Prevent Hot End Wire Complications

Somehow my ziptied cables leading to the hot end got stuck in my Ender 5's crevice between the rail and the stepper. I thus made a print to prevent this from happening. Note this is only an issue if you mount the stepper on the X axis back bar like I did for a period.
