Orca v04x: revised timing belt clip (y-axis)

My timing belts tend to work themselves free out of the clips that secure them. I noticed 2 problems. Due to the heat under the heated, they deformed around the belt and also, the pulled the washers into the plastic, so they loosened.
For the heated (y-axis) I have re-modelled one to have 2 little strips on top. As the belt must be clamped between 2 of these blocks, by turning one 180 degrees, the belt will be clamped between 4 of those notches.
