Jerry's Knick Finger

Started with the Knick finger and made adjustments.
* Added keyhole connection between finger tip and tip knuckle for easier assembly and better hold.
* Added tapered slots on middle segment to fit with integrated pins on the base and tip knuckles. This eliminates the need for hinge pins.
* Eliminated knuckle plugs. Set ridge depths to fit strongly based on the Paramount 3D FlexPLA filament.
* Increased the size of the tunnel for the elastic so it is easier to tell from the string tu
