3D-printable spring

This pressure spring is easily printable via FDM printing. The technique works very well (see demo video). You can download and change the Solidworks part. Use the "manage equations" functionality within Solidworks to change global input variables and create the spring suited for your application. See the technical drawing to know which variable controls what geometry. Most unfortunately the last three features (combine, fillet and chamfer) need to be added separately for every spring you make. If someone knows a way around this, please let me know.
