SummaryOnce you have your first layer dialed in, you can print Birthday Cards and other cards on your printer! Change the text or otherwise customize the card in Tinkercad here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/etFvwV7EFum .Print SettingsRafts: No Supports: No Notes: It's ok to use big layer heights (e.g. .3 or .4mm) for this print, because the top and bottom surfaces are the important parts. After you slice, make sure that the hinges look right on every layer.Post-PrintingIf your print is really clean, you might be able to use 1.75mm filament as your hinge pin. Otherwise you can extrude a long line of filament, or use a heat gun to slowly stretch some 1.75 filament until it is the desired length/diameter. Then melt and flatten each end so the pin doesn't slip out. Monofilament or a thread will also work. You can also use permanent markers to color the text on your card, or to write a note and sign your card.
