After you slice, make sure that the hinges look right on every layer.Post-PrintingIf your print is really clean, you might be able to use 1.75mm filament as your hinge pin. Otherwise you can extrude a long line of filament, or use a heat gun to slowly stretch some 1.75 filament until it is the desired length/diameter. Then melt and flatten each end so the pin doesn't slip out. Monofilament or a thread will also work. You can also use permanent markers to color the text on your card, or to write a note and sign your card.
