3D printed fabric / armour

After seeing the NASA printable fabric / armour, it made me realize mine wasn't so bad! Ha
This is my first working version, and it works, but the new version is much better.


below are link to the latest versions, much better than this one, each for different purposes.

The latest version uses bamboo rods with printed ball ends. It's very strong, and flexible with the pla joining disk being 60 mm across, and the ball ends 15mm.

This version prints assembled, 34mm dia joining rings, and printed in place 22mm tie rods.
