3D printed faceshield for cap/hat

I want my son to wear a faceshield for extra protection. I tried a few 3D printed face shields, but he said they hurt his head. I see he wears his cap all the time, so I decide to make a face shield adaptor for his hat. I think he is OK wearing it now, it doesn’t really bother him that much.

These are the files you need, I think ABS for the material is better
hat faceshield- clip x1
hat faceshield- holder x1
OR
hat faceshield- holder (3 holes punched sheet) x1 - very sturdy option
