This is a design for a 3D printed FPV quadcopter. The diagonal measures approx. 250mm. It can be printed on a large format printer, or in four pieces on a small printer. I printed it using the latter.
The frame is printed upside down.
I've tested with PLA 100% infill and flies well. Frame weight is around 100grams. Using Nylon or ABS, as well as 50% infill you could reduce the weight to around 70-80grams.
If you print separate pieces on PLA, you can weld them together using a 3D pen at the seams.
It has 14mm motor mounts and includes routing for ESC cables, and a central housing for electronics.
