3D printer enclosure for Cr10-S
Wanted to build something that is easy accessible from all sides.
Build this on my excisting cabinet of my 3d printer.
Used Ikea Adils table legs as supports, ABS laminated fiberboard on top, 2mm plexiglas windows on the sides hold in place by magnets.
Ikea Adils are round 40mm, 700mm long/high, so tube round 40mm should also work.
The size of this enclosure is 750mm wide, 600mm deep and 700 high.
But basicly you can build the size you want for your printer.
The single piece printed clamp may use some force to break open.
Also included data sheet for magnets and table legs.
Hardware (fasteners):
Base: (2 halves make 1 corner, bottom needs 4 corners x2 halves =8, top needs 4 corners x2 halves =8 =16 halves total)
32x Din7991 M6x20 (countersunk bolt)
32x Din 934 M6 (hex nut)
16x Magnet (see data sheet)
16x Din 97 3.5x16 (woodscrew)
48x Din 97 4x25 (woodscrew)
Clamp: (i used 3)
3x Din7991 M6x20 (countersunk bolt)
3x Din 934 M6 (hex n
