3D Pen Spool and accessories
24th August 2109
This is a remastered clip from an existing, but not quite perfect 3D Pen Spool System.

I found that I need to make the spool more free-running, yet able to contain the filament
without the risk of jamming the filament and adversely affecting the print.
All files are ready to slice, and in the positions they appear.
Support is needed (build plate only) for the Shroud.
I printed at 40% infil with PLA at 210°C / 60°C @ 60mm/s.
The support for the Shroud should be sparse and as easy to remove as possible.
This is needed for the cutaway where the Shroud meets the Mount arm.
This should be glued on with super glue. I used Loctite 401.
Other parts requiring glue are the Spool, Winder and Side.
This will make a complete Spool with Winder that fits neatly into the
Shroud and contains the filament nicely.
