The idea is to adjust the focal length of two laser beams, i.e. to obtain overlap of the dots from two lasers at the appropriate distance
Scanning by hand is now a pleasure - without glancing at the computer screen to follow the distance suggestions. So the method works and that's what it was all about The device itself can be quickly mounted/dismounted from the scanner - completely without tools (adapted to the shape of the housing). Please watch the principle of operation in the video. It is painfully simple and the least complicated as it could be possible. It is also cheap to make - it is perfectly matched to the 3DMakerspro Moose scanner housing..
