3DP Mobius Gimbal Platform V2

This is primarily a design for the gimbal mount and frame adapter place. The gimbal arms and lower pieces from the yaw motor down are from this thing http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:645395. This design incorporates compressive support for the gimbal mechanics using anti-vibration bobbins from Hobby King (or other sources). The holes for the bobbins are 9mm in diameter.

I designed this gimbal and mount around mounting to my TBS clone HJ X-mode Alien MRC. I drilled 4 holes on the forward portion of the bottom plate after trimming it back. The thumb screws secure the gimbal to the copter frame. Alternatively, there are three holes spaced around the lower plate that can accommodate stand-offs.

There is a platform on the front of the lower plate for mounting an FPV camera. I haven't fine tuned this aspect yet nor made it very generalized to fit any camera. I only have a Fatshark 600TVL with it's own mount that will stick to this platform.
