3DPrinter with no name

Not another 3D printer.

I have had this working for over 12 months now and am happy with the results. I wanted a printer that was robust, accurate and repeatable which I wasn't getting from other FDM printers I purchased, at least without spending a fortune. That said, I've probably spent way more in time and effort but it was interesting and so the time is forgotten! There's no bed adjustment(springs) with this. All the adjustment is during Assembly and everything is levelled with a DTI. Since it was built, I have never had a need to adjust the bed level although it does have auto levelling in firmware just to be sure.

All structural parts are made from aluminium with square linear guide rails and a large ball screw for Z. The bed is 6mm cast ali and very flat. Print area is 340mm x 200mm x 225mm

The project is not for everyone as there's a certain amount of Engineering involved plus access to the CNC router, which is another project of mine. Perhaps I may get a chance to add
