3M 6000 adapter base

This filter does not give you 100% protection against infection.

Many makers have a 3M 6000 set for use with paint and other chemicals. These filters have no proven effect on the spread of Covid19. Cotton mouth masks have a beneficiary effect.
The 3M 6000 mask is a lot more comfortable to wear. (especially with glasses) With this adapter you can test round cotton filters with your 6000 mask. Use multiple layers to make the adapter fit firmly. I plan to use this for shop-runs.

Beware: Make sure you also add a filter to the exhale valve. Otherwise you are still spreading your own particles.
