I designed another battery pack case (yeah I have a thing for 18650's and a pretty much free supply of them) that can hold 30 18650 cells in either 3S10P or 10S3P configuration. The lid and body are meant to snap together but be sure to add plenty of glue since this thing full weighs over 1.5KG and you dont want a theoretical 200A of current to break free. Now this is the part where I have to talk about safety. Use a BMS! Remember the next three words: Battery Managment System-BMS. Get one which handles charging as well as overcurrent protection and others. I added a male XT60 for discharging a female XT60 port for charging. There are 2 switches on there (standard rocker/toggle). One controlls the OUT and the other the IN. Most chinese based BMS's have the charging and output terminals wired in parallel which means even when not charging the female XT60 will have voltage. Hence the switch to turn it off. You can also decide to charge and use at the same time or switch the OUT low. The
