3SGTE Cam Seal Install Tool

This tool allows you to press in a cam seal with the motor in the car. Specifically, this was made to do the intake cam seal, since the strut tower is in the way of using a hammer. This piece is meant to be a tight fit so that it goes in straight and is held centered. You can use the same bolt that holds the pulley on, just tap it in, or give it a twist. If you use 100% infill you'll probably blow some of the material out the back if you hammer it in. Just tap it, and then twist it on. Thread it into the cam, and then use a wrench to tighten it down. Once it gets snug, that's it. I designed it so that when the tool bottoms out, the seal is fully seated. Remove the bolt, and then to get it off all you need to do is give it a light tap with a flathead. When it comes to removing or reinstalling the pulley try using a long bolt with some nuts and washers.
