I designed the parts in SolidWorks, part files included. The calculations were done at http://www.desertdomes.com/dome3calc.html
It was calculated to have 16" diameter but the actual size is about 20" (extra size due to connectors I believe). Feel free to recalculate and edit the files to get a custom size.
