3x5 Picture Frame

3x5 picture frame that prints without supports. You can add a small dot of glue if you want, but it is not necessary. Running the rod through it will also help hold it together. The snap-fit piece worked very well for me and only needed a little force to assemble. One small limitation is that the rod side does not leave much room to work with beyond something like a pencil tip. The completed Ferris wheel shown in the photos was printed with no glue using Bambu Lab PLA Silk+ White (13110) on a textured plate. I recommend using a 5 mm outer-only brim for the frame and orienting it left to right on the plate. On enclosed printers, that helps prevent the enclosure fan from blowing the frame over during the print. Pictures should be cut to a proud 3.5in tall (like 1-1.5mm over) and 5.5in wide (about 1/4in will be lost inside frame).
