This is my first attempt at creating a small gearbox. It features two sets of 32-to-16 tooth gears and is labeled as version 1. While I plan to update and improve it in the future, it currently runs relatively well. After printing, you'll need to insert two small pins into the case (both will need to be glued). The 32/16 tooth merged gear sits on the skinny side with its pin needing to be glued into the bottom of the case. The other pin needs to be glued into the bottom side of either the input or output gear. Aside from glue, basic tools for removing support and sanding may be required. As I laser-cut the lid in testing, it may need to be sanded down to fit. I have 1 file with all the parts on a 200mm by 200 mm build plate or all of the individual parts to fit onto a smaller print bed ( if you use individual parts make sure to print 2 pins and 2 bolts). I hope you enjoy it - from your pal Mr M22 :)
