4 Cube Retraction Calibration

I used this series of 10mm cubes to calibrate retraction for my XL deltaprintr. The cubes are space 10mm, 20mm, and 40mm apart from each other.

Due to the long bowden extruder I started at 2mm of retraction and 30mm/sec.

I then iterated until i reached 4.0 mm of retraction and 55 mm/sec and has been working awesome since.
