This is to mount a 4" flexible duct to a sheet of something.
The mounting holes are on a 4" square.
The outside is about a 4.5" square.
Holes are for #10 screws.
After you slide the duct on, pull a big cable tie tight around it, using the bumps to hold the duct in place.
