4 Inch Blast Gate

This is a scaled up version of juandavidbarrada's great blast gate model. It will snugly fit 4 inch PVC pipe used for dust collectors.

Note: The part titled "slider" will not fit on a standard 220 x 220 Ender3 bed. You will need to modify or print on a larger surface. I use a Sovol SV01 with a print area of 280 x 240

Assembly will require the following:
Qty. 3 - 1/4 x 1.25 inch bolts
Qty. 6 - 1/4" washers
Qty. 3 - 1/4" nylock nuts
Qty. 1 - 1/2 x 2" bolt
Qty. 2 - 1/2" washers
Qty. 1 - 1/2" Nylock nut

Assembly should be pretty straightforward. You may need to drill out the 1/4" holes before assembly. Check out my 4" PVC pipe hangers if you are setting up a dust collection system.
