This is my 4 inch fpv frame.
I did use a 20x20 fc.
I have two frames:
- one with standoffs printed on the frame, to secure the fc with servo screws (small screws)
- and a frame with 4 holes to use m2 standoffs to secure te fc
The only problem is the hole for the usb cable insert that isn't correct then. So print 4 extra standoffs instead of the left and right side.
Motors:
I did use 2204 2300kv motors. I think this is not ideal for 4 inch but i used what i had.
Camera:
The camera that I used is a 25 mw cam from my old blade inductrix fpv. i also used a STL of my top plate without the mounting holes for the VTX. and I also used an editable DXF file.
I made 3 versions of camera holders: 0°, 10° and 20°.
I used 10° because i want to fly in tight places, so i don't need a lot of camera tilt.
The hole for the lens is 10mm.
Screws:
- 8 x m3 x 30 mm Countersunk Screws
- 8 x m3 nuts
have fun and building and flying it yourself!
