40 mm Bracket for E3D Tool Changer

I just added captive nuts to make the surface smooth, I found when using prusament spools the honeycomb catches the protruding nut and screw, use M3x15 with one space or MM3x16 with 2 spacers and it should be flush and not catch the spool any more.
