All in one BMG direct drive linear rail extruder mount

A remix of the original highly integrated BMG extruder mount, and this bracket: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3670851

I originally had them separate, but I noticed the mounting of separate parts allowed for more play in the extruder and took away a little more space from the Y-axis movement. I decided to remix this in order to reduce the extra Y-axis space used and integrated a mount for the EZABL pro mini. I also added an open cutout for a small zip tie to add to cable management.
