This is a nozzle that fits in a 4020 Fan. The nozzle fits in the hole that is sized ~16.75mm x ~12mm.
It inserts into the hole of the fan. I am using it to sit on top of my Raspberry Pi case on my Ender 3 printer to cool down the insides for my OctoPrint setup.
