E3D Hemera Mount for BLV MGN Cube

Hi.

This is my attempt at a BLV Cube X-Carriage for E3D's Hemera DD with BlTouch and 40x40x10 blower fan. (Might upgrade to a 5015 fan later...)

I have mounted it and it's running nice and smooth. ;-)
