I did not find a solution for my 40mm Noctua fans. This is not ideal solution but it works for me, maybe works for someone else too. First version had too small holes for airflow, V2 is much better.
Please do not print in PLA as it is quite close to hotend. Use PETG or better material.
Use M3 screws and nuts. 2 of my screws were too long, so I added extra nut on bolt, screwed the bolt in till it stops, then tightened the nut.
