Power Cat Picture Frame
I cut the backer out of 0.100 clear acrylic and the frame out of wood. I used 1/4" thick MDF. The holes around the perimeter are intended for 10-24 stainless steel flush head screws. The screws thread into a barrel screw on the back side with a 1/4" shank. The laser cutting envelope was too small to cut the backer in one setup so i had to flip it for the second cut. The "backer flip" file uses a row material that is exactly 15" tall so that the two cuts line up. Mark t
