Anycubic Kossel PIP Cable Chain Mount

I loved eth4ck1e's PIP chain for the Chiron, and scrhall's Harness and Filament Strain Relief was another godsend, so I wanted to combine the two. Enter the PIP kit for the Anycubic Kossel. The only bit I remixed was the actual receptacle for the PIP chain where the wire guide was. The strain relief is still there (I'm missing some M3 hardware, hence why you don't see it in the pics), so it's really the best of both worlds. I also modified the male mount for the PIP chain in the 2020 extrusion.
