Prusa i3 MK3S X Ends For Standard T8 Leadscrew Nut

I am making an i3 MK2.5 with spare parts and was surprised to see that Prusa uses non-standard hole spacing for the T8 nuts. I did a super simple modification to change the whole size and spacing, however I also removed the M3 nuts and instead used a tighter hole that you can tap or just simply thread the screw into.

While I was there I also opened the holes a bit for the 8mm X axis smooth rods because the original was a bit too small and required reaming.
