Dual Bondtech BMG E3d Chimera Mount for Folgertech FT-5

I designed this for my Folgertech FT-5 v2. It holds my Bondtech BMGx2 to my E3D Chimera in a direct drive configuration. Just screw the two units together, insert into the rig and then screw the steppers onto the extruder to hold it all on the carriage. I used pancake steppers and they work well.
