This adapter simply snaps in and is held by the friction between the outside frame and the stock lens bezel. A little pressure is needed to snap it in place but it holds firmly. I put the point of the angle in first and then lay the back side in.

I simplified the design to not have a groove as it is very hard to get the lenses into a groove with the type of plastic that I use (PETG).
