Balloon Boat

This is a balloon power boat. Requires no support, printed just fine on a Ender 5.
I removed the text at the bottom for the STL file.

I may have to modify the design a bit. The first test drive was showing a tendency for tipping to left or right. Due to this the balloon touches the water surface. Lowering the connection tube may improve the issue. Adding a keel with ballast may also help.
